Sometimes the Webflow Designer just doesn't behave the way you'd expect.
If you're seeing weird behavior that you're certain is a bug, I recommend you first go through this process to identify and obvious causes;
If none of those work, or the problem is especially severe, check Webflow's status page in case anything is reported.
Webflow is pretty good at displaying messages in the designer if specific production problems ( including performance problems ) are reported.
Failing that, contact Webflow Support.
If possible, I highly recommend that you record a video to demonstrate the problem if something visual is happening.
