Webflow URL Paths

One common request I answer in the Webflow forums is about how Webflow's strict URL structure can be adapted to meet the UX goals of a particular project.

What if, rather than...

_{/product/the-sherpa}

I want...

_{/sweatervests/lambs-wool/the-sherpa}

There is a right way, and a wrong ( i.e. hacky ) way to do this.

Unfortunately, the right way is very complex, and technical, and far beyond the scope of my one-beer Saturday evening.

Therefore, I'm going to show you the wrong way.

Which, while it's not ideal for a client-site, it's kinda cool anyway, and will teach you a lot about browsers, scripts, and the web.
