Memberstack
Memberstack has build a Webflow University clone, which is available as a standalone cloneable.
I have not yet explored it, but I expect that it is already integrated with the Memberstack membership platform, which solves access control, and ongoing billing ( if these things are useful for your project )
However I also came across this article, which may be out of date;
