Dynamic CMS Custom Attributes

Custom attributes are often needed by Javascript components to represent special features and configuration settings for an element.

Webflow supports this well except with two major limitations;

1. Custom attributes cannot be bound to CMS Collection fields
2. Many custom attributes are reserved, and Webflow will not allow you to apply them to certain elements
